FCA India Automobiles Private Limited assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection with your access to the Site or your use of its content.

Contents of the site

All the contents of the Site (news, photos, videos, sounds, trademarks, logos, domain names, application software, graphic layouts, technical documentation and manuals, etc.) and the rights related to them are reserved. Such content may therefore be consulted exclusively for personal information purposes, any other use being expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Stellantis.
Although all reasonable care has been taken in collecting and presenting the information contained in this Site, no guarantee is given as to its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or its possible use by users; Stellantis therefore expressly excludes any liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to such data.

The information and images - including the colours of the products - concerning the equipment, external appearance, performance, dimensions and weights, prices, fuel consumption, operating costs, etc., relating to the products referred to on the Site are subject to continuous updating and may illustrate accessories and equipment on request that are not part of the standard equipment. These data are therefore to be considered purely indicative and susceptible to possible errors and inaccuracies.
Stellantis may, at any time, at its sole discretion, make structural or formal changes to the vehicles illustrated on the Site, or to the vehicle's color tones or standard equipment.
The prices indicated on the Website are not binding as they are merely recommended by Stellantis to its distribution network.
For up-to-date and timely information on the products and prices listed on the Site, Stellantis therefore invites users to contact its Authorized Subsidiaries and Dealers.

Stellantis assumes no responsibility for the information and indications contained in the pages of the Site. In particular, they do not contain an implied promise or warranty as to the composition, fitness for certain purposes of the Products or the non-infringement of laws or patents. Some links to other sites on the Web may appear on the Site. Therefore, Stellantis has no influence on the design, availability, accessibility and content of the linked pages on the Site and does not guarantee the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information contained therein.
Stellantis shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including loss of profits, resulting from the use or inability to use the Site and its contents, or sites directly or indirectly linked to it, as well as from omissions or errors.

Intellectual property of third parties

This website is operated by Stellantis. Stellantis owns the intellectual property rights of third parties. vi. a signature, real or electronic, of the person authorized to proceed on behalf of the owner of the infringed right(s).

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Without prejudice to any rights that users may have under different national or international regulations, these terms and conditions of use of the Site are subject to Indian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with the same (with the exception of its conflict of law rules), including any dispute concerning the existence, validity and effectiveness of these terms of use of the Site and any other agreement that refers to them.
Within the limits of the above, the competent court to hear any dispute arising with reference to these conditions of use of the Site as well as any other agreement that refers to them, will be the Court of Mumbai.
